Savoury antipasti cake

- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease and line a 20 cm loaf pan with baking paper
- Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, pepper and thyme.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk and olive oil.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and gently fold until just combined - do not overmix. 7
- Add the Parmesan, feta, olives and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes, or until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly before turning out.
