- 15 minutes of preparation + 40 minutes baking
1 Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2 Chop the onion and courgette and fry with a little oil and spices.
3 Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
4 Add the pesto, melted butter and milk.
5 Mix the flour, cornstarch and yeast in a separate bowl and add to the wet ingredients.
6 Mix everything into a homogeneous mass.
7 Add the pine nuts, cheese and vegetables and fold in.
8 Pour into a pie dish and bake for 40 minutes until a light golden brown crust forms.
