Gratin of macaroni ‘alla pugliese’

A quick meal for all the family


1. Cook the NATURATA spelt macaroni in salted water, drain, stir in a bit of olive oil and set aside. Preheat the oven to 180°C (hot air).

2. Dice the shallot and finely chop the garlic, anchovies and capers. Cut the broccoli into florets. Pour a little NATURATA olive oil into a frying pan and fry the shallot and broccoli. Add the garlic and the anchovies.

3. Add 100 ml of vegetable bouillon and leave to simmer for 2 minutes without a lid. Add the capers and season the sauce with salt, black pepper and NATURATA Condimento Bianco.

4. Crumble the mozzarella. Combine the pasta with the vegetables, the NATURATA Arrabiata tomato sauce and the flaked almonds. Pour everything into a gratin dish and sprinkle over the mozzarella. Cook in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes until the cheese has melted.
