What are "LebensKeim" products?

In a unique process, spelt grains are germinated, crushed and processed into a bread dough. The plant cells continue to work and exhale carbon dioxide, which causes the dough to rise as with any other loosening method.

The result is bread made from the growth forces of nature.

"LebensKeim" bread is baked using only sprouted grain, i.e. without flour. A germinating grain is a small miracle of nature. And what makes the grain grow quickly is also ideal for the human body: during the germination process, the vitamin content increases dramatically. Valuable minerals are made available for plant growth and are therefore also "bioavailable" for our digestion.

Carbohydrates are metabolized in abundance, including those that are blamed for flatulence. This is why "LebensKeim" breads are particularly digestible.

Tip:

> Yes, you can freeze our breads!

You can freeze the bread whole or cut into thin slices in portions. Thinly sliced - briefly toasted - a delight!

It is best to always store our breads (in our paper bags or wrapped in oilcloth) in the fridge.

> If stored properly, all types of bread will keep fresh for approx. 10 days.
