Summer bread with Morbier

Enjoy on the terrace and gaze into the distance


1. Toast the bread in a preheated oven at 200°C.

2. Cut the zucchini unpeeled into thin slices and fry them in some olive oil in a pan.

3. Cut the Morbier into cubes.

4. Cover each slice of bread with zucchini slices, two tomato slices and diced cheese.

5. Season with salt, pepper and herbs of Provence and bake in the oven for 5 minutes.

6. Decorate with fresh basil leaves.
