Quinoa and coconut chip porridge

The vegan superfood-bowl for a perfect start into the day


1. Combine the coconut milk with water and a pinch of salt and pour in the quinoa.

2. Cook for 25 minutes over a low heat with the lid on, stirring occasionally. The liquid should be fully absorbed.

3. Flavour the cooked quinoa with NATURATA maple syrup and a little NATURATA Bourbon vanilla. Divide the quinoa into four bowls.

4. Add 2 tbsp. soya yoghurt to each portion and decorate with berries, NATURATA coconut chips and chopped almonds.
