1. In a large pan, bring the water and salt to boil.
2 Prepare the corn semolina according to the instructions on the packet.
3. Serve the polenta, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and pour melted butter over it
(Alternatively, pour the polenta into a shallow bowl and allow to cool. Then cut the polenta into slices and fry them in some butter in the pan. Sprinkle with cheese).
