Munster tart with caraway vinaigrette

Crispy and aromatic


1. Cut the cheese into slices and keep them in the refrigerator.

2. Bake the puff pastry on a baking tray for 5-10 min at 180°C.

3. In a bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar with the salt, pepper, caraway, olive oil, hazelnut oil, finely chopped shallot and spring onion.

4. Take the puff pastry out of the oven, top with Munster cheese and sprinkle the vinaigrette over it.

5. Bake the tart for another 5 minutes until the cheese has melted.

6. Serve with a green salad and a glass of Gewürztraminer.
