Crunchy nut muesli

An energy booster to get the day off to a great start


  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan-assisted). Chop the Brazil nuts into pieces (not too big, not too small). Heat the NATURATA sunflower oil in a saucepan over a low heat together with the NATURATA maple syrup, until nicely blended. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the oak flakes and pieces of nut.
  2. Spread the mixture on a baking tray and bake for about 10 minutes until golden. Leave to cool.
  3. Chop up the NATURATA banana chips and NATURATA chocolate, then dice the dried apricots. Combine the dried fruit and the chocolate with the oaty nut mixture. Garnish with NATURATA wheat germ and coconut chips. Serve with milk, almond milk or yoghurt.

Variation: There are lots of possible variations, for example, using dried berries.
