At NATURATA, you will find artisan bread made according to traditional recipes after a long rising of the dough. Every day, we take delivery of breads and pastries freshly made by the OIKO-Bakhaus bakery in Munsbach, the Bioscott bakery in Gasperich and the Sander biodynamic bakery in Sarrebruck.
From wheat, buckwheat and spelt bread to the typical strong sourdough bread in a wholegrain variety, there is something for every taste. Baguettes, pretzels and buns are perfect as a breaktime snack and for breakfast. The "sweet" palate is delighted by croissants, pain au chocolat as well as various cakes, tarts and pastries. Vegan products are a speciality and are specially labelled. A gluten-free bread is available on demand.
Depending on the season, we offer you different specialities. During Christmas season our organic Stollen and organic Bûches are very popular, in February the famous "Verwuerelter", on "Bretzelsonndeg" the nationally popular pretzel and in spring and summer juicy fruit tarts with fresh rhubarb, apricots or strawberries.
Our trained staff will be happy to advise you on the various tastes and the ingredients used. If you would like to place an order or if you have a special request, please contact our colleagues directly. They will be happy to contact our bakers for you.
From the field to the table
The bread, pastries and fine confectioneries from our partner Bakhaus are hand-made in the bakery in Munsbach using ingredients of high quality from certified organic agriculture. Each morning, our Naturata stores are supplied with the freshly baked organic bread and confectionery.
The cereals come primarily from Luxembourgish organic farms, which are members of the BIOG cooperative. Since last year, the bakery has a grain mill at its disposal and can thus influence each processing and quality level
