BIOG Bauerekéis - also available in practical resealable packaging

A new addition to the BIOG sliced cheese range: BIOG Éisleker Bauerekéis is now also available in a practical resealable packaging. The Bauerekéis is characterised by its velvety texture combined with a fine mild-spicy aroma.

Like all "Éisleker Kéis", the Bauerekéis is handmade from silo-free Demeter milk from Schanck-Haff. In the BIOG farm cheese dairy it has been matured for at least 7 weeks.
